Everything began in 1958, when Dr. Jorge Vides, Renardo's grandfather, decided to invest in purchasing a farm with the purpose of planting coffee. From the very beginning, the farm was planted with Caturra and Bourbon varieties, following the tradition of the time.

They never imagined the great potential that this project would represent until 2002, when the family decided to participate in the second national edition of the Cup of Excellence. The results were excellent, as they achieved 2nd place nationally. It was at that moment that they decided to invest even more in the project.

After this, they were able to build strong relationships with roasters around the world, and little by little, they began selling their coffee internationally. To this day, they continue with the same mindset and values: passion, hard work, and a commitment to quality and consistency in every detail, which allows them to provide high-quality coffees year after year.

The story behind this lot's name comes from the beautiful sunrises the Vides 58 family gets to experience when observing the drying patios during the harvest season. This coffee, full of life and energy, captures that incredible scene and brings it to mind with every cup.
