How often can I get coffee?
Choose weekly delivery, or set it to every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. All bags are roasted to order and ship soon after roasting. Shipping is included (U.S. only).
When am I billed?
Your card is charged automatically on your subscription schedule (e.g., every 1, 2, or 4 weeks). Make any changes at least 2 days before your next billing date.
How do I manage, pause, skip, or cancel?
Head to your Customer Account to change frequency, skip a shipment, update your address/payment, switch coffees, or cancel anytime.
What is Roaster’s Choice?
A rotating selection curated by our team. Ordering more than one bag with Roaster’s Choice? We’ll send different coffees in the same shipment.
Can I choose the coffee myself instead of Roaster’s Choice?
Yes, pick specific coffees when you set up or edit your subscription. You can swap them anytime in your account.
Whole bean or ground?
For peak freshness, we recommend whole bean. If grind options are offered at checkout, select your preferred grind there.
Can I gift a subscription?
To gift, start a subscription with the recipient’s shipping address and manage it from your account.
Where do you ship?
Subscriptions are available in the U.S. only.
What if my payment fails or I need to update my card?
You’ll get an email to update your payment method in your Customer Account; we’ll retry once it’s updated.
When will my order ship?
We roast to order and ship shortly after roasting. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your coffee is on the way.
