What is your roasting & shipping schedule?

We roast Monday - Thursday, and ship out Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

How does the subscription work?

It’s simple! Pick your favorite roast (or let us pick), choose your delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks), and enjoy fresh coffee on repeat. You can cancel anytime.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00

For weekly, (2) weeks, and (4) weeks coffee subscriptions, we offer FREE shipping.

What grind options do you offer?

We offer whole bean, coarse grind (great for French press or cold brew), medium grind (drip coffee), and fine grind (espresso).

What if I don’t like my coffee?

We want you to love every sip. If something isn’t right, reach out to our team, we’ll make it right.

Where is Peaks Coffee Co. located?

We’re proudly based in Syracuse, NY, roasting and shipping fresh coffee to adventurers across the U.S.
