Cherries are meticulously hand-picked and naturally dried on raised beds for up to three weeks at either La Roca Estate or Tres Rayas Coffee. With careful sorting, constant movement, and precision humidity control, each batch is crafted to maintain a consistent and exceptional flavor profile — no matter the drying site.
