New to our roastery and from our newest friend, the Danilo family, meet Finca Las Mananitas. Located on 14 hectares, with 4 allocated specifically for coffee, this farm comes from the Urrao region of Antioquia. Using a chochades method, the cherry are fermented for one day after picking, and then de-pulped on top of the priors day batch. This gives the coffee a longer fermentation period, brining out a level of sweetness and acidity that makes this coffee feel like a washed Ethiopia.
