Please welcome back, DON WILLIAM! We've been buying coffee from the Jericó region now since 2016 (hey, here's a sneak peek at our travels actually! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCguXHtaBkM - he's the gentleman at the end! ) and have continued to grow our partnerships in that region ever since. Madre Laura, Don Edgar, and Don Felix are just a few of the other producers we work with frequently from this region. Villa Bernarda made an appearance as a naturally processed juice bomb in our earlier years and is finally making its way back into our rotation after a few years of missing out!

This year's crop is extremely complex, shining with notes of tart green apple and sweet earl grey. Under that we taste pink pineapple, caramel, maraschino cherry, and bittersweet cocoa.
