Jose Alfonzo Mendoza Regalado farm sits at 2100 meters (thanks Andes Mountains!) and is a Typical / Caturra varietal. This washed coffee ferments for 28 hours and is patio dried, typical of many coffees in this region. In the cup we are noticing citrus and malic acidity (think apple), brown sugar to toffee, and a really creamy chocolate. It works great for filter coffee or as an espresso!
