Colombia has been an origin that we have hung our hats on since opening our doors at Peaks. The depth and diversity of flavor continues to impress us and add variety to our menu. This particular lot comes to us from Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Unlike most coffees from the Cauca region, El Tambo is deep. Sweet root beer and blood orange combine with a syrupy body to make a super sweet and easy drinking coffee.
