Cold brew right at home?! We use this coffee for our Toddy cold brew, low in acid and high on sweetness its the perfect for hot summer days. Smooth and sweet on it's own it still takes milk like a champ, so mix it up and enjoy!
We recommend a coarse grind similar to an electric percolator or french press (10 on our ek43) with a steep time of 18 to 20 hours. Our ratio is a 1 to 7. Add a small portion of boiling water (100grams if you are brewing in a French press) and let it bloom for 30 to 45 seconds. Add the remaining water for a cold crash and steep!
